The pictures are taken in bright white light. When exhibiting them, it is important to illuminate them sufficiently so that they are fully revealed. The computer gives the impression that the pictures are lit by a light bulb from the inside. This is not a very accurate picture.

When displaying a watercolor, the glass adds an extra, unpainted space, enriching the painting.

IDEAS in watercolor are an opportunity for me to immerse myself in combinations of colors and shades. I pay great attention to color, its uniqueness, and color combinations. Composition is very important. The philosophy of my artwork is that I draw and become what cannot be photographed. In my drawings, I often do not adhere to the perspective of the drawing; sometimes I rely on reverse perspective. The human figure serves more as a spot in the painting for me; I often do not pay much attention to anatomy. For me, the color of the figure is more important.

In painting, poetry, music, philosophy, and imagery merge within me. I paint what is very important to me at that moment (what a rational person would spend the best time of their life on rather than empty fantasies). Looking back, I can confidently say that the time spent painting is completely filled with the best memories and meaningful experiences. Paintings become very dear to me. Viewer interpretations are attractive and welcome to me. They complement the content of the painting.

SANFORITAS is the great secret of a watercolor painting. I named the layer of watercolor paint applied to the paper that adheres to the paper. If we were to lift this layer of paint without it crumbling, it would be like sanforitas stone, matured in great spiritual heat.

Painting technology: watercolor paints, high quality, resistant to ultraviolet rays. Plain water, watercolor brushes. Watercolor paper is very resistant to moisture changes. Before painting, I glue the paper to cardboard using a hot method. The glued paper becomes even more resistant to moisture and does not wrinkle or crease under glass framing. Painting involves multiple layers, with special drying and wetting cycles. Painting one artwork takes 20-35 working days.

ATTENTION:

Paintings are non-refundable due to their fragility.

I sell paintings without frames and glass because the glass may break during shipping. You can choose a frame to match your interior and personal taste. I will include the matting for free.
