With this painting, I want to convey that each new generation looks at the achievements and efforts of the older generation with irony and disdain. Everything ages, and everyone hopes to do better, perfect, more interesting – even a mud puddle is more valuable to a child than skyscraper cities built by parents, and so on. The harsh, often silenced truth driving the story forward. I do not absolutize this thought in life; things happen in various ways. In art – one thought, many paintings, colors – as many as needed for the painting.
