The seven gifts of the Holy Spirit - wisdom, understanding, counsel, fortitude, knowledge, piety, fear of the Lord, are firmly connected with Jesus Christ. In the painting, they are not explicitly illustrated because it is even impossible to juxtapose them with a specific object or action. Rather, they are intellectual, internal human actions shaping behavior. Without Christ, they remain only beautiful words suitable for propagandistic political slogans, on which all right-wing parties slip. In the painting, I emphasize the figure of Christ, small but powerful in a vast space.
